Find out the reporting periods in which you are required to report the quantities put on the market to the APA and Único.

Annual report to the APA

Between the 1st of January and the 31st of March of each year

You are required to send the annual report of products put on the market for the previous year and the estimate for the current year to the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) via SILiAmb.

Reports to Único

Between January 1 and March 15

You must report to Único the quantities of products placed on the market for the previous year and the estimate for the current year.

 

Year 2026

(special regime for the first year of license implementation)

You must report to Único the quantities of products placed on the market based on the estimate for the current year at the time of your enrollment.
